Wire Harness Test System application

The wire harness test system is a special comprehensive testing device for harness production lines in new energy vehicles, energy storage, industrial control and home appliance industries. It integrates multiple testing functions including continuity, short circuit, open circuit, insulation resistance, AC/DC withstand voltage and contact resistance. It can complete synchronous full-channel testing of multi-core wire harnesses in one go, and quickly locate hidden defects such as misconnection, missing connection, damaged insulation and failed terminal crimping.
Equipped with multiple independent test channels, the system supports import and comparison of customized harness wiring diagrams, automatically judges qualified and defective products, and stores test waveforms and data records simultaneously. It can connect with semi-automatic fixtures and fully automatic harness production lines to realize standardized factory inspection of wire harnesses.
